(LOCATION: Sarasota, FL) The Pearson 35 Sloop has classic style and spacious accommodations. This Pearson is a project that has stalled due to the owner's health and is ready for a new owner to take over. She has new engine, new transmission and shift, new prop, new through hulls, new sea cocks, new running gear, new running rigging, new standing rigging, new wiring and new lights from bow to stern to the top of the mast.
On deck we have a spacious cockpit with wraparound seating, bimini top, and pedestal helm. Sails are original, re-stiched where needed, and are in excellent condition. Deck is solid with no "spongy areas". Hauled out a year ago, she has Trinidad 75 bottom paint.
The spacious interior is ready for a refit to your specifications. The galley spans the rear of the salon with facing settees and dining table forward. Forward of the salon we have the enclosed head and forward stateroom with v-berth and under-berth storage.
Auxiliary power is provided by a brand new Yanmar 30-hp diesel engine. Electronic equipment includes a Loran, depth sounder, knotmeter, and VHF radio. A 10' Zodiac inflatable dinghy with 6-hp outboard is included for mooring and beach access.
