Master Stateroom

The Master Stateroom is up one step from the centerline Companionway.  A queen size island berth is on centerline with a three mirrored panel bulkhead forward.  There are two drawers under the berth as well as additional storage below the mattress.  To both port and starboard are built in nightstands with switches for the cabin’s lights and an intercom, to starboard, and a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo to port.  Each nightstand has a small upholstered bench in front aft.

On both the port and starboard sides of the cabin are built in drawers, six each side, with a countertop and wood blinds above.  Behind the blinds on each side are two opening stainless steel portholes and stereo speakers.  Next aft on both sides of the cabin are full size cedar lined hanging lockers with auto lights and a single drawer below.

Aft from the berth is a small vanity with a single drawer and a drop down 20" Sharp LCD TV above.

To the starboard side is the Master Head with molded inner liner for ease of maintenance.  There is both an electric toilet and a bidet under matching covers.  A vanity with a molded sink and two storage cabinets below and several mirrored panels to make the good size head appear even larger.  A large two shelf mirrored medicine cabinet is opposite the sink.

Across the cabin to the portside is a separate shower compartment with a handheld or wall mountable shower fixture, a large molded sink with two mirrored doors above as a medicine cabinet.  Both head compartments have both incandescent overhead lights and fluorescent under counter lights.

Portside Guest Head

Just aft of the Master Cabin on the portside is the Port Cabin's Guest Head.  This head also serves as the Day Head with dual access including a door from the centerline Companionway.  The sole is Pirelli flooring.  The molded vanity has one cabinet door below and a molded sink above.  A wood blind covers the stainless steel opening porthole.  Next aft is a two shelf mirrored door medicine cabinet.  The electric Raritan toilet is built into a molded enclosure.  A door leads aft in the Port Cabin and the stall shower is forward.  There is a handheld or wall mountable fixture, a storage cabinet and a curtain to close the entry.  The sole is teak grate.  The Head also has both AC fluorescent lighting and DC overhead lighting.

Port Guest Cabin

Entered from the front the Port Guest Cabin has two single lower berths with a nightstand between.  The nightstand has a Jensen AM/FM/CD stereo, an intercom and light switches for the cabin.  The area behind the berth is covered in a three panel mirror.  Fluorescent lighting is in the curved soffit above.  At the foot of the outboard berth is an auto lit hanging locker with one drawer below.  Each berth has two storage drawers below as well.

Blinds over the outboard berth cover two opening stainless steel portholes as well as the cabin's stereo speakers.

At the forward end of the cabin is the entrance to the Portside Head.

Starboard Guest Cabin

Entered from the front the Starboard Guest Cabin has two single lower berths with a nightstand between.

Blinds over the outboard berth cover two opening stainless steel portholes as well as the cabin’s stereo speakers.

At the forward end of the cabin is the entrance to the Starboard Side Head.

Starboard Cabin Head

Entered from the front of the cabin is the private Starboard Head.  The molded vanity has one cabinet below and a molded sink above.  A wood blind covers the stainless steel opening porthole.  Next aft is a two shelf mirrored door medicine cabinet.  The electric Raritan toilet is built into a molded enclosure.  Within the head is a wet shower with a handheld or wall mounted shower fixture, a curtain to enclose the shower and teak grate sole.

Crew Cabin

The forward deck access Crew Cabin is accessed via a seven step teak and stainless steel ladder centerline.  Forward is a panel that lifts up to access the chain locker.  To both port and starboard are twin berths with opening stainless steel portholes above.  At the foot of each berth is a small hanging locker.  Additional storage is available below each berth.

The Head for the Crew Cabin is aft and centerline.  Fold away doors separate the area from the cabin.  To port is a Raritan electric head.  To starboard is a sink with two door vanity storage below and mirrored medicine cabinet storage above.  A handheld or wall mountable shower is for use in the area between.  The sole has a teak grate for the shower.

Remarks

TI LOUP DU LAC was imported by the Posillipo dealer and was specifically built for the US market.  Wiring, equipment and accessories were speed out to USA electrical requirements.

This particular Posillipo has had a great life!  Recent owners have lavished her with upgrades to include:

Rebuild of the main engines

(2) New generators

TNT hydraulic lift

11' Jet tender

Repaint of the entire boat

New decor

While none of these updates were in the last year or two they are still fairly recent (2000 - 2003) and all add value to the boat.

Great sea boat, seriously for sale by a realistic owner.

Exclusions

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard TI LOUP DU LAC, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
