Overview


The 37' rides on a stable modified V-hull whose solid fiberglass construction includes a water tight bulkhead forward.  Don't miss the opportunity to see this low hour turn key vessel.  Located in the beautiful Florida Keys.  Easy to see.

Accommodations

When arriving at the marina you will encounter a beautiful convertible fishing vessel with sophisticated sexy lines.  Boarding the vessel is easy with the wide cockpit gunwhales or by the large swim platform.  The well laid out cockpit boasts a live transom well with viewing port.  There is also abundant storage lockers along with a built in refrigerator/freezer and covered sink.  Below deck is a fish box and storage for spare props and gear.

An all welded stainless steel ladder provides access to the bridge with central helm.  Highlights included fiberglass hard top, full instrumentation, Furuno electronics, refrigerators, (2) helm seats and a forward bench seat.

When entering the salon you will see a well thought out interior design.  Immediately to port is a leather L-shaped settee which converts to a large berth with added storage.  An ottoman also encloses additional storage.  Across to starboard is an L-shaped leather dinette with a stainless steel pedestal table with a teak top.  Behind the dinette is a cabinet that houses the AC & DC distribution panel and U-Line icemaker.  Other salon items include Berber carpet with runner, light colored overhead with hand rails and accent lights along with a full set of privacy curtains. 

Moving down 2 steps forward you will see a roomy L-shaped galley with teak & holly sole and Avonite countertops.  Other appointments include teak cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, Princess stove and coffee pot.

The companionway mid-ship provides access to the Owners and Guest Staterooms along with the head with enclosed shower.  The starboard guest cabin consists of two over/under single berths.  There is a deck hatch for natural light.  Other appointments included two drawers, teak cabinet, overhead lights and reading lights.

The forward Owner's Cabin has a large island queen berth.  A large hanging locker and several long drawers provide abundant storage.  Other highlights include a Sharp flat screen TV & large round deck hatch.

The roomy head has a separate shower stall along with a Vacu-flush system.  A large deck hatch and large mirrors provide plenty of natural light.  The head also includes simulated tile sole, built in sink, tank watch indicator and large teak cabinet.
