Overview
"Tart" is ready to go Cruising. She is loaded with gear and in excellent condition.
Knowledgeable owners have optioned this yacht with all the right stuff for easy sailing and
comfortable cruising. She is ready to go for either coastal or offshore sailing.
Accommodations
"Tart" is a two cabin layout with a single head with separate shower stall. The interior
woodwork is satin finished cherry with a Teak and Holly cabin sole. Interior fabrics are
microfiber ultra-suede.
Entering from the companionway there is a U-shaped Galley to starboard.
The enclosed Guest Cabin is to port with double berth, vanity sink, hanging locker and
shelves.
The Nav station is forward of the Guest Cabin. It features a bench seat that faces forward.
The Main Salon features an L-Settee (converts to double) to port and a straight settee to
starboard.
The dining table is bulkhead mounted with compass inlay and serves both settees.
Incorporated in the bulkhead table is additional dishware storage The cushions in the main
saloon are the optional Ultra Suede upgraded fabric. Interior headroom throughout is 6'6" and
the interior is bright, open and airy.
The Head is forward of the Main Salon on the portside with sink, vanity and separate shower
stall. It has dual access from the Main Salon or the Owner's cabin. The head is an electric
macerator type with an additional macerator for holding tank discharge.
Owner's cabin is all the way forward with Island berth, multiple drawers, hanging locker,
shelves and en-suite access to the Head.
