"Nanjo" is without hesitation one of the cleanest and best cared for boats you will find. Owned by an experienced yachtsman this 39 SeaRay (called the 40 Sundancer starting in 2006) has low hour Cummins Common Rail motors, dual Raymarine displays with autopilot, KVH SAT TV, hardtop, new upgraded canvas and the preferred white hull. The gelcoat shines and the bottom paint and zincs were just done. The mechanicals have seen the best of professional care with recent cooler cleanings, impellers, etc. and the interior is spotless.
A pleasure to show and conveniently located in Annapolis, MD. Please call today to set up an appointment to see this boat for yourself!
The current owner of "Nanjo" had boat and engine surveys done in 2014 and all recommendations were completed. The boat sees professional care both cosmetically and mechanically (records available) and it shows as soon as you walk down the dock. In August of 2014 a complete new set of canvas was designed and installed by Stitch All Fabrication including an extended shade aft of the arch and solid panels that go inside the clear isinglass for extra protection from the sun when not in use. The new enclosure is done in "Toast Tweed" and the previous black canvas which is in good condition was kept as a back up.
Upon boarding "Nanjo" one enters the cockpit from the swim platform or built in step on the starboard side lounge. The swim platform is large and has a transom storage compartment for lines, powercords, fenders, etc. There is a freshwater shower at the transom as well. In the cockpit there is a large u-shaped lounge across the transom and to starboard and to port a cockpit wetbar with sink, refrigerator, corian countertop, stainless steel handrail, trash receptacle and storage cabinet. Forward is the helm area with companion bench seating and individually adjustable captains seat. The helm area is large enough for the optional dual Raymarine C-120 displays with GPS/Chartplotter and 4kw Open Array Radar and Raymarine Autopilot. The boat is equipped with a KVH SAT TV antenna as well as a new Digital TV Antenna that was just installed in May of 2015. The optional hardtop, new canvas, and cockpit carpet round out the comfortable exterior.
Entering into the cabin one immediately notices the high gloss cherry woodwork and bow face cabinetry. The galley is to port and features solid surface countertops, single lever Grohe faucet and sink, sink cover and built in trash can. A below counter refrigerator and freezer provide plenty of room for provisions and there is plenty of storage space in both drawers and overhead cabinets. A built in coffee maker, microwave and stovetop complete this full featured galley. A large settee with high gloss table is opposite of the galley and to starboard. A cleverly concealed LCD TV drops down from the salon overhead and there is a Blu-Ray DVD player as well as a Clarion AM/FM Stereo with CD Changer. A second L-shaped settee in the mid cabin area is open to the salon and provides extra seating when not used as guest sleeping accommodations. The settee converts to a double berth and there is an optional LCD TV w/ DVD in the mid cabin.
The master stateroom and head are forward of the salon. The head is cleverly divided with the vanity, sink and Vacuflush toilet to port while the shower is in a separate compartment to starboard. The head has an entrance from the salon as well as a private door from the master stateroom. The shower is large with built in seat and side port for natural light. The master berth is an centerline island queen with storage below. The master stateroom has abundant locker and cabinet space as well as its own LCD TV w/ DVD.
"Nanjo" has the optional Tommy Bahama designer package and features rich softgoods, upgraded pillows, and premium décor accents. The neutral carpeting has a full set of runners as well as throw rugs. The settees are done in attractive ultra leather, the cabin stairs are in teak and holly tread and the entire interior reflects a very comfortable elegance.
Bay Shore Marine did a complete post survey engine service in June of 2014 including new impellers, aftercooler reseals, fluids & filters, removal and cleaning of heat exchangers and air coolers. All good preventative services at a cost of over seventy five hundred dollars. A huge value to the next owner who would have to do this type of service to many of the comparable age boats on market. All records available.
Ablative bottom paint and zincs were just renewed in April of 2015 as well as Primocon and Pacifica paint on the running gear.
Boat was just detailed and waxed in April of 2015.
