Overview

The Sea Ray 480 Motor Yacht is a modern twist to the era of the classic flush-deck motor yachts that dominated the market during the 1970s and early 1980s. (Flush-deck yachts are distinguished by having the primary helm and aft deck on the same level.) Practical in design and more sociable than flybridge yachts, the 480 Motor Yacht allows owner and guests to enjoy the ride together in the comfort and security of the protected aft deck with climate control.

Belowdecks, the comfortable interior of the Sea Ray 480 is roomy and luxurious. A long U-shaped Ultraleather lounge extends the length of the salon.  Rich with accents like recessed lighting, elliptical windows, and built-in entertainment center make this motor yacht a crowd pleaser. Both the galley and dinette are open to the salon. There are two staterooms forward, to starboard you have twin berths converts to king with filler and forward a queen island berth. Note that a washer/dryer combo was available in a utility space under the galley stairs but is from this yacht. Wing doors to the foredeck close off the stylish and functional hardtop.

The aft deck is equipped with a wet bar fridge/icemaker combo and kept cool with a  24,000BTU cockpit A/C, recently serviced. The engine room, accessed via a hatch in the salon sole and is fully insulated for quiet cruising. The Twin 640 hp Cummins QSM-11 diesels cruise the Sea Ray 480 Motor Yacht at 23.5 knots with a 29 knots top end.
