Overview

BOUNDLESS is an innovative yacht with a technologically advanced drive system and a patented hull design with efficiency and solid seakeeping being key elements to her purpose. The profile is best described as "Downeast Modern". Accommodations include a voluminous cockpit and salon, nice galley down configuration with partial bulkhead, two private staterooms and a single head with comfortable stall shower.

The propulsion system is comprised of a single, centerline, Cummins 8.3 common-rail diesel. The secondary system is comprised of two hydraulic saildrives driven by a Cummins QSD 2.2, operating a PTO. The primary system only has approximately 450 hours at time of listing, and well under 100 on the auxiliary 2.2.

The Shannon quality of fit-and-finish is immediately evident with a varnished Cherry interior and a teak-free, low maintenance exterior that's been freshly detailed and is standing tall for showings.

The arrangement plan includes two staterooms: the forward stateroom would be likely be the owner's choice with centerline queen berth, his-and-her settees to each side, courtesy lights, reading lights, private access to the head compartment and all accouterments for long-term comfort. The guest stateroom is aft to starboard with twin berths, modern lighting, nightstand and aircraft style overhead storage.

The galley to port is an efficient U shape with double sinks, custom mixing valves, "dual-fuel" cooktop with LPG and electric burners, a convection / microwave, two refirgerators and a freezer drawer along with Shannon's ingenious approach to utilizing storage spaces.

The main saloon includes a convertible settee (converts to double) with elegantly varnished cherry table and two comfortable armchairs. The helm station is forward to starboard with separate Stidd chairs for captain and navigator. Windows are expansive, headroom is generous. The Shannon fit-and finish with cherry bulkheads, white overheads and teak soles is both modern and classic.

The cockpit is an important social space on any Downeast yacht and on BOUNDLESS, with the extended hardtop, there is shelter (can be fully screened), comfortable seating and easy access to the swimstep.
