This Sunseeker 74 Manhattan main deck layout is unique and very comfortable for a vessel of her size. She accommodates (8) owner and guests in (4) staterooms, (3) heads, plus crew quarters.
Accommodations
The Sunseeker 74 main deck layout is unique and comfortable for a vessel of this size. LIQUIDITY offers accommodations for eight (8) owners and guests in four (4) staterooms with three (3) heads, plus crews quarters. One of the outstanding features of this vessel's layout is the private stairwell to the master stateroom offering another level of privacy rarely found in vessels less than 85 feet. The three guest staterooms are accessed via a forward stairwell, and the crew quarters are aft of the engine room accessed from the aft deck. Once you have traveled with guests and crew the privacy of this yacht provides is comfortable for everyone on board.
Starting aft on the hydraulic swim platform that will carry, raise, and lower a tender, it is then up 2-steps on either port or starboard side to a large aft deck with contoured bench seat and teak table. there is a stairway to the flybridge on the starboard side. Centerline is a tinted sliding glass door and matching large framed window, through the door to a split level salon with galley to port on the lower level and a settee to starboard on this same level. There is an internal stairwell to the flybridge that hovers over the private access tot he master stateroom an amazing use of space. Then up one step and forward into a large entertaining area framed by windows on all sides. This level features a comfortable wrapping large lounge with coffee table to port with a dining area to starboard and the forward of the dining area is a lower helm. All of this lays out in flowing style so that more than a dozen guest would enjoy. It is then down the stairwell forward to the VIP guest stateroom with ensuite head and the two guest staterooms with a shared head.
Master Stateroom
The master stateroom is midship and privately accessed through the salon. It features a King
bed, settee and vanity, built-in drawer storage, and a large cedar-lined closet with mirrored
doors. There are opening ports with screens and curtains, as well as overhead and reading
lights. This suite has its own head with shower, bathtub with Jacuzzi jets.

VIP Stateroom

The ensuite head has a shower with acrylic door and teak grating, and wash basin. There is also a TV/VCR/CD player.

Guest Staterooms, Twin, Port & Starboard
Two twin berth staterooms, port and starboard, have built-in drawer storage, a wardrobe, and bedside table. Opening port lights have screens and curtains. They are equipped with 24-volt overhead and reading lighting, and a TV/VCR/CD player combo. These staterooms share a head with shower and wash basin.
Crew Quarters
The privately accessed crew cabin aft is equipped with a twin size berth, hanging locker, mirrored vanity unit, and a head with shower, and wash basin. Overhead and reading lighting, air conditioning, opening port light with screen, TV/VCR are also provided.
