Overview

PRICE REDUCED

The Taswell 58 All Season is a very well conceived and capable offshore sailing yacht. She offers the sea keeping abilities, sail handling systems and amenities typically found on a much larger yacht. There were several deck and interior layout options available, however, the raised salon, twin cockpit version, as found aboard AT LAST, proved to be the most functional.

The raised salon offers a full panoramic view from both the circular dining area and the dedicated inside steering station opposite to starboard. A U-shaped gourmet galley and complete navigation station are found on the lower salon level forward. The wrap-around windows of the salon allow an abundance of natural light, which creates a very inviting environment.

Accommodations

AT LAST is a custom, 58' Taswell cutter, configured with a pilothouse/deck saloon layout. The deck saloon/pilothouse has an inside steering station to starboard, with raised settee and dining table to port.  Forward of the raised saloon and a couple steps down, is a U-shaped galley to port, and full navigation station to starboard. The galley provides a stove with oven and grill outboard, double stainless steel sinks forward, generous drawers and lockers within beautiful teak cabinetry and generous refrigerator and freezer storage, aft.

Going aft from the pilothouse is the owner's cabin, with centerline island double bed, loveseat, full head with stall shower, wardrobe closet and generous locker and drawer storage. The aft cabin layout is unique in that the island double bed headboard is forward. The owner's berth looks aft and out to an aft companionway that leads to the private aft cockpit and ultimately to the stern boarding platform.

Forward are two guest staterooms with a full double berth in the port and upper and lower singles in the starboard cabin. Both guest cabins have private heads with a shared centerline shower. Further forward is a single crew stateroom that can be accessed either from on deck or, below, through the guest staterooms.

The below decks joinery on AT LAST is beautifully crafted in varnished teak. The styling is mellow yet contemporary with lovely varnished teak and holly soles throughout.

Interior Features: All furniture, cabinets, tables etc. are hand selected varnished Burmese teak. Soles are teak and holly. Recent extensive interior refurbishing includes: .All side panels and headliners recovered with Majelite J5D5 Parchment Nytek Moccasin material. All interior lights are Cantalupi lighting fixtures. Upholstery had new fabrics in 2002. Nav station chair and upper saloon chair upholstered in leather. New Oceanair pleated window shades for all raised saloon windows, port lights and other aft cabin windows.
