The Tiara 2900 Open Classic is a versatile, reasonably priced 30-footer.
She is a well-built package ideal for family fun, while substantial enough
for serious fishing action.
At 11,130 pounds, she’s quick to jump up on plane, and fuel-efficient to
boot. The hull and decks on the boat are hand laid — the resulting
surface is smooth as glass, with no distortion or finish blemishes. It’s a
long-term payoff, since these structures are much less likely to suffer
from stress cracking, blistering, or delamination problems in later years.
The 2900 Open really comes alive when you fire up its twin 260-HP
Volvo diesels. You’ll cruise comfortably and sip fuel at 21 knots with a
top end of 28 knots. With plenty of room and amenities for family and
guests, she’s also rugged enough for the serious sport fisherman. And
