Overview

Tiara Yachts is a yacht builder that builds nothing but superb, high quality, luxury blue water yachts. This vessel is stored out of the water under a covered boat lift .The current owner purchased this Tiara because it has the optional, larger 450 BHP 8.3 Cummins  diesels with 770 original hours.  The 36 Tiara Sovran comes with a solid Teak and Holy cabin sole,, she has the optional  teak veneer interior package the optional hem seat with wet bar, glendenning engine synchroniser that is only available on the 2005 Sovran with the 8.3's.  Upper cockpit climate control.  Basically she has all the options you want for re-sale.

The 36 also has a 7.5 KW Kohler generator in a sound shield along with a full canvas package including a three piece drop curtain and cockpit canvas cover.

Brokers Vessel Walk Thru

This fine 2005 36’ Tiara Sovran is stored under a covered boat lift. The 36 has a large, full-beam integrated swim platform with a telescopic swim ladder. The transom has a large storage trunk, and on the platform both sides of the transom are boarding gates. On the port side are hookups for 2 X 30 AMP shore power cords and dockside water hookup.  On the starboard side is the transom shower, and raw and fresh water washdowns, along with easy access to the switches for the engine hatch and transom trunk.

The lower cockpit is covered with good, clean aft canvas. In the lower cockpit and on the transom is a foldaway transom table. On the port and starboard side are covered aft facing seats with storage under them; to the port and starboard are side-molded boarding steps. The 36 has a clean, clear, three-piece drop curtain separating the upper cockpit from the lower cockpit. 

The upper cockpit has the optional L-shaped seating on the port side with storage under it, along with the optional upper cockpit climate control. On the Starboard side is the electric-powered adjustable Captain’s seat, and behind it is the optional refrigerator and a wet bar; underneath the Captain’s seat is storage. For entertainmant there is a Clarion Stereo in the in the chart box.

At the helm: All the gauges are clear, and there is a Garmin GPS map 4210 a Raymarine C120. There is a Raymarine ST7001 Smart Pilot and an ST60 Raymarine depth finder. All of the toggle switches have been replaced, and the throttles and the shifters are in good condition and not pitted. The 36 has the optional smart key, along with an ACR remote pad for the remote bow light. It has a stylish hardtop that meets at the windshield; inside the hardtop are two hatches with sunscreens. The windshield has an electric center vent that opens for additional ventilation.

To go below and enter the luxurious salon, the entrance is through a centerline sliding salon door that has an additional sliding mosquito screen. The interior is a nice, rich Teak veneer with a solid Teak and Holly sole. The head is on the port side with a solid privacy door.  The vacuum flush head has been rebuilt. The room has large mirror, a sink, a shower handle with curtain and storage.

The L-shape galley is on the Starboard side, and has an Isotherm refrigerator, stainless steel sink, Emerson microwave, a Black & Decker coffee maker, and a two-burner cooktop. The galley has a Corian countertop.

In the salon and on the starboard side is an L-shaped sofa and the salon dinette, and on the port side of the salon is a three-seat sofa.

Above the three-seat sofa on the port side is easy access to the DC system and generator controls, a flat screen TV, and the AC system. In the headliner are recessed lights and two deck hatches and above the starboard L-shaped sofa is hull side storage. The 36 has a Bose Stereo System.

The owners; berth is forward with an in-line bed, with storage underneath. The owners’ cabin has an air-conditioning control panel and flat screen TV. On both side of the owners’ berth are hull storage closets and two hanging closets with solid doors.

The owners berth can be completely closed off from the salon by a solid Teak door and sliding Teak veneer slider.

Engine room access is through the upper cockpit sole. The 36 has an inspection hatch to view the engine room while under way, but for daily maintenance the entire upper cockpit sole can be easily raised for access to the optional twin 450 HP Cummins diesels and the 7.5 Kohler generator. The engine room is comfortable for working on the diesels; there is an oil change system, access to the battery charger, dripless shafts and other mechanical-related items.
