Vessel Walkthrough

Stepping aboard KEYS CAPE onto the sizable swim platform, you enter the cockpit through the starboard transom boarding door. The aft area of the cockpit has surround U-shaped seating for multiple guests (seats 6-8 easily) with engine room access via an embedded floor hatch, or an electronically opened floor panel that spans the width of the cockpit itself.
Stepping up and forward, helm and captains chair are to starboard, while to the port we see additional guest/passenger L-shaped seating with an easily removable table. Notably all the cockpit and helm level upholstery is in immaculate condition.
At the helm, the captain has every tool necessary for anything from a day trip to an extended voyage including new Garmin electronics (2018), a VHF radio, radar, autopilot, depth sounder, spotlight etc... the list goes on...
Working down through the companionway into the salon, a nice convertible settee with couch is to port, while to starboard lies a fully equipped galley. Aft of the galley is the TV/entertainment room, which doubles as a second guest stateroom. 
Forward is the master stateroom, with a closing door, center line queen bed and ample storage. 
KEYS CAPE is truly a great find if you're interested in a 39 Sovran. Her condition, ride, history and a caring owner have helped make her one of the finest examples of this model on the market today.
