Overview

She is and always has been professionally maintained. She has all the right stuff from the CAT engines to new electronics, a rare opportunity for a buyer!

2003 Tiara 4400/4700 Sovran features (2) staterooms and (2) heads; Great Lakes freshwater boat stored inside until 2012; only in saltwater for two seasons.  No expense spared on maintenance.   Teak flooring in helm area, SAT TV, (3) A/C units for the salon, (2) A/C  units for the helm, Ice Cold.  Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer with icemaker, Hydraulic aft tables, full covers for all exterior surfaces; Canvas and Stamoid aft covers, Bimini top for the Cockpit; spare propellers, bottom and prop speed 5/14; Achilles dingy (never used) with new 4hp Mercury.   All electronics updated in 2012.  Garmin 4212 with weather, Furuno NavNet2, bow thruster, AGM batteries with inverter, CAT C-12 715hp with 753 hours.  All services are current 5/14 on motors and genset.   Oil analysis history is perfect.   This boat needs nothing and is in exceptional condition.  

Accommodations

​The 4400 Sovran will accommodate six owners/guests; two in the forward stateroom, two on the convertible dinette and two in the mid cabin. The Master stateroom features a large centerline pedestal bed with an inner spring mattress and storage below.  There is a solid privacy door to the salon, along with air/heat, built-in alarm clock, Sharp Aquos flat screen TV, Custom wood blinds, 2 hanging closets, overhead storage cabinets, reading lamps, Bose sound and an ensuite head. The Master Head is well thought out and features a Corian counter/sink and a Corian floor.  There is a mirrored vanity, lots of storage, a Vac U Flush head, Air, a separate shower stall and a linen closet.

 

The Salon is stunning with the teak interior and teak/holly floor; there is a large wrap-around ultra-leather dinette, a Hi-Lo table that converts to a bed, a centerline lounge with an LCD flat screen above, Bose sound system and lighting throughout.

 

The mid cabin features twin single bunks, a large hanging locker, a large closet with shelves, built-in alarm clock, Air/Heat, a mirrored vanity and a guest head with Vac U Flush toilet.

 

Note:  All Air/Heat compressors are located in the engine room for quiet enjoyment.

Note:  All opening deck hatches have the built-in Ocean Air screens and privacy covers.

Galley

The Galley is a wrap-around design and features side by side Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, Corian countertops and lids, double-sided stainless steel sinks, stainless steel microwave, 2-burner Kenyon ceramic cooktop, and storage throughout.
