Walkthrough

Boarding THE TICKET is either from the integral swim platform and up two steps via a hinged gate or from the port or starboard gunwales.

There is a Lower and Upper level nonskid Cockpit with the helm to starboard on the upper level.

A centerline sliding door leads to the Salon below with Galley to port.

Forward is the Master Cabin with an island queen size berth and a private head and shower.

Aft are twin beds that can slide together to form a double berth and a private head/shower.

Salon

Entering from the upper Cockpit via a sliding door is the Salon area down four teak and holly steps.

Immediately to starboard is a large C shaped Ultra Leather/suede settee with storage below and a twin pedestal teak/burlwood high gloss table in front.  There are cushions and shorter table bases to allow the Salon table to convert to sleep two.

There is a shelf outboard of the settee for storage.  Twin opening stainless steel portholes offer ventilation.  A small swing arm chrome reading lamp is forward and aft in the corners.  Overhead are two stereo speakers, ten halogen mini spots and a small opening deck hatch with an Ocean Air sliding screen and shades.

Aft of the settee is the main AC and DC distribution breakers, the Salon and Cockpit digital AC controllers and a tank level indicator for the head and freshwater systems.

Inboard is a built in Majestic 26” LCD TV.  Below in a cabinet is a Bose Lifestyle 18 AM/FM/CD/DVD player.  Also the DC system analog volt and amp meters and the generator start/stop controls are in this area.

Remarks

Actual LOD 45’3”.

THE TICKET is a very special 43’ Tiara Sovran for two important reasons.

She has lived out of the water in a climate controlled environment since new other than her 475 hours of use (total hours on boat).

She had a complete mechanical Engine Room upgrade in the fall of 2014 to include just about everything new overseen by a prominent local surveyor.

The new engines have less than 100 hours and are covered by the basic Volvo warranty until 10/2016 and the 60 month Marine Leisure Extended coverage until 10/2019.

THE TICKET is well worth your closest inspection!

Exclusions

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard THE TICKET, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
