Seller discloses the following known items about ITHAKA:
Rudder has 'some' water(don't all rudders?), Engine leaks oil at 2800 rpm but not at low 2000's, water tank gauges do not work, fuel tank does not have an access port. Buyers, please hire your own surveyor but seller discloses these knowns as "as-is" to mean, boat has been priced accordingly. Original HIN on the hull has been painted over and Seller has a rubbing of the HIN.
