Balance is a three stateroom & two head layout with a crews quarters located in the aft of this vessel. This is one yacht that has been maintained meticulously. The power is Twin Man 800hp with very low hours at 318. This yacht carries Azimut's Master Peace warranty that expires in November of 2015. Balance has very striking lines, and has been customized throughout.

Balance offers a hydraulic lift and a very large aft deck with great seating, a high gloss teak table and teak flooring. As you make your way through the stainless salon door you enter a very large salon that offers a u-shape couch to port and a custom AV system to starboard. The 40" Samsung TV is a high/low and the sound is powered through a Bose system with 5 cube Bose speakers and a sub woofer. This was custom done for the owner and is not the standard AV package layout. The sound can be played on the bridge, aft deck, & the salon all together without delay or in each individual area. Just forward of the salon is the galley to the port. The galley was customized by the owner as well with dual drawer refrigeration and dual drawer freezers w/an ice maker. Storage was added throughout along with a custom cutlery drawer for each piece. To the starboard is a very large dinette table for six and just forward of this area is the lower helm. Balance offers state of the art electronics and a completely new Xenta docking system that was 100% replaced in October 2014.

Balance has a three stateroom layout with the master being mid ship and full beam. The master offers a large seating area to starboard with a flip up vanity. The master head was customized for additional comfort. Just forward of the master to the starboard side is the 3rd stateroom which offers two single beds. The bow VIP stateroom offers two single beds that slide together to make one large berth. The bow VIP stateroom has private access to the day head that offers a separate shower.

Balance has a teak staircase from the aft deck to the open flybridge. This area offers an additional helm to the port with all the electronics necessary for navigating that journey. There are a number of areas on the bridge for seating and two lounge chairs on the aft part of the bridge. The bridge has custom covers made for each section so that it can be removed and installed with ease. The bridge offers a separate refrigerator and freezer along with a grill.

Balance offers a lot of custom features from a two time Azimut owner and has always been very cared for by the owner. This vessel is located in St. Petersburg, Fl which is only 20 minutes from the Tampa International Airport.
