Overview
Dansante started as a steel hull kit in 2007 from Bruce Roberts. 480 pieces of marine grade steel, cut, numbered, and primed were shipped from Holland to us in Abilene Texas. Construction did not begin until September of 2009 and was splashed in 2015 in Seabrook, Texas, where she went thru extensive commissioning. The mast and rigging were custom made at Sparcraft in Charlotte and shipped to Seabrook. From 2016 on she has been cruised extensively thru the Gulf of Mexico and is now in Marathon Florida, where she has just gone thru a complete refresh and is ready for her next adventure.
