This highly customized CABO 45 Express with Mezzanine has powder blue hull and matching hard top with Pipewelders Marlin tower. It features the 2 stateroom layout with extra large head and Deluxe interior by Shelly in 2014. A one of a kind custom Mezzanine designed by Talbot Freeman & Assoc. was created by Marinemax, Dania in late 2014 to put this CABO ahead of all the others. Teak decking with Sound Down insulation beneath the teak was added to entire helm, mezzanine steps, and side steps further adding to the beauty and class of this one of a kind CABO 45 while also lowering the engine noise inside the helm area! The S shaped custom in deck fish box cleverly conforms to the port mezzanine step design. The helm area has new enclosure, additional Stidd passenger chairs with custom step, custom powder coated light blue overhead hand rails, ample Air cond, ice maker / Fridge, and extensive storage. A custom Mezzanine seat incorporates a ingenious engine room entry door, fully insulated that blends into the design.

Cockpit

Custom Mezzanine conversion with custom shaped in deck fish box to port, standard fish box to starboard, all new insulated teak deck package in helm and at mezzanine steps. A Murray rocket launcher sits at center of the cockpit.  Aft is the optional lighted Lexan view live bait well centerline of transom with full Tuna door located at starboard side on stern. Salt water and fresh water wash down outlets. Custom bait freezer located on the port side at the mezzanine. Custom one piece insulated engine room lift up door. Side storage cabinets for gear as well as aft deck fender storage below the live well. 

Bridge

Teak flooring (2014) over Sound Down insulation in helm area butts up to the L shaped couch for seating at the air conditioned bridge.  3 Stidd chairs allow for great forward viewing.  There is a cabinet to the starboard side that houses the refrigerator (added 2014), ice maker and plenty of storage including a bank of drawers and under seat storage built out for rod storage. The helm includes CAT engine info system displays, 2 Furuno Chart Plotter/Radar displays that are interchangeable, SidePower SE100 /185T HD 12V 8" Bow Thruster with dual controls. control, Furuno Auto Pilot, VHF's, Yacht Controller system with remote (2014), FLIR control unit and New EZ2CY full enclosure. Sound Down insulation installed in 2014 under the teak decking to reduce engine room sound and vibration.

Guest State Room to port  

The guest stateroom has over under bunks, air conditioning, dresser with custom wall mounted mirror, lighting AC and DC. The CABO teak joinery work is impressive. New designer mattresses 2014.

Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is complete with skylight, plenty of cabinet storage, Sat TV, DVD,CD, MP3 with 2 speakers, cedar lined locker storage to port and starboard and large under bed storage, 7000 BTU Air Conditioning, AC and DC lighting.  All soft goods and mattress were new in 2014 by Interiors by Shelly. Additional cabinets over head for rod storage.
