Overview

"Realtime" is a meticulously maintained Carver 530 Voyager. She is built on a low-deadrise modified-V Hull with a deep forefoot and a shallow keel. "Realtime's" three stateroom cherrywood interior is arranged with a very accommodating salon, and galley. The pilot house has wrap around helm, with tilt-back swivel seat, direct bridge access and excellent visibility. The full beam owners cabin is amidships with a king berth as well as separate head and bathtub. Her twin 675HP Volvo Diesels will cruise "Realtime" in the low 20's and reach a top speed in the high 20's.

The owner of this vessel travels 11 months out of the year so he made a decision to find a new home for his boat. Recent maintenance items include, engine, thruster, and house batteries, full engine service, re-certification of the fire extinguishers, all lights checked and replaced if needed, calibration of throttle controls. The vessel was fully compounded and waxed as well as full interior detail.
