Overview

S/V EAGLE AYE is one of the last CSY 44's built and features a deep draft keel and tall rig with furling mainsail. The new Charlestion Spars, new chain plates, new wire standing rigging, new genoa roller furler and three new Doyle sails were installed in 2005 and have had very little use. In adddition, the boat was re-powered with a new Perkins 4-236 diesel engine with 1,040 hours. This boat has the original interior layout with orignal bronze ports and all the quality construction and beautiful lines typical of a CSY. She is Structurally sound but, will require cosmetic work and systems upgrading to bring her back to cruise ready status and is thus offered at a very attractive price. Most recent improvements include new swim platform /dinghy dock with stainless steel folding boarding ladder, new antifouling paint, partially new life lines and engine service in April 2013.
