Overview

"Spirit" features four staterooms and three heads + crew's quarters aft.  The wood treatments throughout the vessel are high-gloss Cherry.

"Spirit" features four staterooms, 3 heads, plus crew accommodations aft.  The wood treatments throughout the vessel are high-gloss Cherry.  Upon entering the vessel from the boarding gate, via the forward deck, as you enter the main salon you are greeted by rich fabrics, Cherry wood and high-quality stonework. 

To port is a granite topped bar and a 50” flat-screen TV mounted above.  Forward of the wet bar, to port is a round table, which accommodates six.  One large cabinet occupies the port forward bulkhead and houses the china and formal crystal.  To port is a long custom couch, chest, coffee table and stools.  Below deck, the full-beam Master Stateroom features a king-sized berth, large closets, and his/hers head connected by a large glass stall shower. 

This area is finished with an assortment of marble and granite stonework with top-of-the-line hardware.  The stateroom has four oval-shaped portholes, allowing ample light to filter through the space.  The three additional staterooms are also finished in high-gloss Cherry and the heads have stonework consistent with the rest of the vessel.  All the staterooms have flat-screen HDTV’s and SMX A/C controls.

Galley

Forward of the Salon is the country Galley.  All wood treatments are high-gloss Cherry wood.  One step leads up from the Salon to the Galley.  Upon entering, the appliances and island countertop are to port, and a Sub-Zero Side-by-Side freezer is to starboard.  Directly aft of the refrigerator, just before entering the Galley is the Day Head.  

The country Galley seating is all the way forward, below the forward windows.  There is a wrap-around leather upholstered Dinette with seating for six.  The table is earth-toned granite, consistent with the Galley countertops.  The flooring in the Galley is Amtico, in a Teak and Holly style.

Deck & Hull Equipment

The hull above the waterline was finished in spray Urethane paint (Alex Seal paint).  The deck and cabin superstructure are of fiberglass construction, also sprayed with Alex Seal paint and sprayed non-skid on the decks. The 72 Motoryacht also features full walk-around decks from the aft deck area all the way forward.  There are several polished stainless steel "hoop style" rails around the entire walk-around.  

The aft deck area is teak soled and there is a molded stairwell to the Flybridge in the port corner of the Aft Deck. There is also a forward facing built-in seating area with a varnished wood pedestal table on the Aft Deck for outdoor dining.  The seating area is upholstered and has a full cover for protection.  On the starboard corner of the Aft Deck overhang is a drop-down LCD HDTV in a locking cabinet. There are also stereo speakers and overhead lights on the overhang.

Flybridge

This 72' Hatteras motoryacht features a generous Flybridge with an integrated hardtop and a three-panel glass windshield.  There is a removable EZ2CY and traditional Strataglass three-sided enclosure with aft curtains for bad weather.  The space is air conditioned for comfortable cruising during the summer.  Aft of the enclosure is the Boat Deck, complete with 1500lbs. davit. 

To port and starboard on the tender deck are wing stations outboard, to starboard on this deck are dual stainless steel Gaggenau BBQ grills and a hide-away molded cabinet.  To starboard there is also a large upholstered wrap-around seating area and two small pedestal tables both topped with Corian.  To port, there is a smaller seating area, which is just aft of the Flybridge wet bar.  The bar top is Corian and is complete with three built-in upholstered pedestal barstools, a refrigerator, sink, icemaker and storage.  Custom folding chart table is to starboard side.

Electrical Systems

The primary electrical system aboard is 24 and 12 bolt, based on multiple batteries feeding via main battery selector switches to distribution via multiple 24 and 12 volt circuit breaker panels with a 24V to 12V converter.  The 24 and 12V system supplemented by at 240/ 120 volt shore power system via (2) Glendenning 100 amp power cords forward and (2) Glendenning. 100 amp power cords forward.

Engine & Mechanical Equipment

The vessel features CAT C32 power and (2) Onan generators.  The Engine Room/Lazarette is accessed via a watertight door in the transom. A total of ten, Size I Type BC and Size A-II BC II, handheld dry chemical/Halatron fire extinguishers were thoughtfully distributed throughout the vessel.  Also on board is a Sea Fire FM 200 clean agent automatic engine compartment system with manual pull at the Flybridge helm station. There are multiple sensors and audible alarms through the main systems monitor and an emergency engine room light.
