Accommodations The Hunter 466 is a 3 stateroom layout featuring a master suite forward with 2 guest staterooms aft. The Master stateroom has a centerline queen with 6'6" headroom and plenty of storage including cedar-lined hanging lockers. To port and further aft is a head with quiet fresh water flush system and a separate stall shower to starboard. The spaciousness of this forward master berth rivals those found in yachts much larger in size. Further aft and to port is the main salon where a large dinette seating area to port is set around a glossed teak table w/expandable leaf. The Interior cushion material is custom (not Hunter factory) ultra leather in a moss green color. The curtains are off white in color. To starboard is a "club" style seating area with a cocktail table between them making it very comfortable for reading, watching videos on the lcd flat screen tv and/or flat out relaxing. Just aft of the seating area to starboard is a nav station that duplicates the electronics that are found up at the helm station. Further aft and to starboard is the 2nd head w/shower while opposite side to port is the large L shaped galley with corian counter tops, double stainless steel sinks, LPG 3 burner Force 10 stove with oven and 12 volt top and side loading Fridge/Freezer. To aft are the two guest berths with the portside hosting additional cabinetry and a washer/dryer combo. The interior is all air conditioned with dual control units. |
Galley An L-shaped galley with Corian counter tops gives you plenty of room for preparing your meals. There's a huge top and front opening refrigerator as well as a separate lighted top loading freezer to keep your foods and drinks. A centerline island contains double stainless steel sinks. The Force 10 propane stove and oven is great and efficient for cooking. There's also a bulkhead mounted microwave for getting meals cooked in a hurry. There's lots of storage for dishes, mugs and glasses in their own dedicated storage located between the main salon and the galley.

Manufacturer Provided Description Versatility best describes the Hunter 466. Whether owners want to cross oceans or bays, bang around the buoys or just liveaboard, this boat has the capacity to do it all. The dinette area is large enough to handle the crew, but intimate enough for just two. Storage is plentiful as is the natural light and ventilation. Hand-rubbed teak and exquisite fabrics are in evidence throughout the grand interior. An innovative forward head arrangement splits the shower and head so both can be used at once. A large dual-opening refrigerator and freezer are central to the U-shaped galley. The Force 10 stove and oven, plus a microwave will make dinners a joy to prepare, while the island sink will have cleanup covered. Storage for everything is at hand including the recessed trash receptacle. The forward master stateroom rivals most yachts twice her size. Twin hanging lockers and lots of drawers make staying aboard easy and a great night's sleep is guaranteed by the innerspring mattresses. Entertaining is gracious with the open salon which incorporates a TV and CD stereo. Twin comfortable seats and a convertible cocktail table are located just forward of the extensive nav station with plenty of space for electronics and gear. Aft, owners have a choice of two layouts: dual staterooms or trade one in for an office / work area. Both are large, airy and comfortable. |
