Overview

A very seasoned owner who will single handed sail to the Vineyard for the weekend or entertain friends and family aboard UBUNTU.  She sports a yacht furnished interior and her equipment list has been updated over the years with nothing spared. A superbly conditioned hard to fin J/120 which will not disappoint.

Accommodations

The J 120 is a proven benchmark throughout the industry.  Not only an excellent platform by her performance aspects, but also a comfortable cruising interior with her Cherry interior and spacious layout.

A beautiful warm interior is provided by the varnished Cherry bulkheads with cold molded trim, Cherry drawers and cabinet faces along with a Teak and Holly sole. Entering the saloon there is a full galley to Port with a storage area aft located under the cockpit seating.  Across from the Galley is the Navigation area that has a large chart table with storage, vessel's electrical panels and navigation equipment.

Forward is the matching settees newly upholstered Flag Blue Ulra-Suede with hinged backrest with additional storage behind, and built in book shelves above. In between the settees is a large drop leaf table.  The head is forward and is accessible from the cabin as well as the Master.  There is a manual shower, vanity with a molded in sink, additional storage below, and a large fixed mirror.

The forward cabin has a private head entrance.  There is a hanging locker along with a changing seat, bureau, and storage below.  The Double V berth provides generous sized berths.  The cabin sides are varnished Cherry sides.

The Aft cabin is to Starboard and has a hanging locker, large single berth with a connected changing seat that has storage below.

The Galley is to the Port side as you enter the saloon
