With a clipper bow, proper bowsprit, flush decks, two private staterooms, one head, curved sheer, ports in her sheer stripe, a gallows frame, and aft-raked transom stern, the Krogen 38' is a vessel of classic beauty.   

The design features a 3’- 3” draft (both center boards up) and 6’ 6” (center boards down).  Her unique dual center board design is ideal for the cruising in the Florida Keys or the Bahamas.  The boat is heavy enough at 24,000 lb. displacement for safe and comfortable cruising offshore.  James Krogen built 85 of these beautiful classic cruisers.
