Pride is configured as a Charter Yacht with four en-suite cabins and two separate en-suite quarters for her Captain and Crew. Galley is located down.
Her two hulls have swimming ladders attached and a series of steps that ascend the Sugar-Scopes to the engine hatches and then on to the vessel decks. Once on Deck several features stand out. Spanning the bridge deck is a huge Cockpit with a large sliding door and window forward which is the entrance to the Saloon. Her decks are very wide, clean and uncluttered. The Cockpit is covered by a full size Bimini Top supported by a gorgeous stainless steel frame. Unlike all other Lagoon 570’s the Bimini was recently modified and is eight inches higher on Pride. This allows the Helmsman to have excellent forward visibility and for exceptional cockpit ventilation. In the tropics this is essential for comfort. On the forward port side of the cockpit is a new (2013) combination refrigerator/ice maker.
Both the Cockpit and the Saloon are adjacent to one another giving the yacht a huge open living area. Each has a dining and seating area consisting of an attractive table surrounded by benches and chairs covered with white custom made cushions. The tables can seat eight or more.Across from the Saloon table is another seating area for six. A large Sony Flat Screen TV is mounted on the portside for easy viewing. The lighting is all new cool LED. The entire saloon is surrounded by windows and opening hatches offering a spectacular 190 degree view and great ventilation. The Saloon has Port and Starboard companionways to the hulls.
The Starboard Hull contains two en-suite Staterooms. Each is fully air conditioned and has two fans along with a Queen Size bed, hot and cold water sink and shower, electric toilet and gear storage space. They also have two opening Port Holes and two overhead opening Hatches for fresh air. All Portholes and Hatches have screens and shades. All lighting is new LED. There is also a linen closet and new washing 120V machine.
The Port Hull also has two en-suite Staterooms plus the Galley. Both of the Staterooms have the same equipment and features as the starboard side Staterooms. All four Stateroom are decorated differently.
Pride is well maintained. New parts and systems have constantly been replaced or upgraded. A great quantity of spare parts are onboard. This includes a spare Heat Exchanger for the main Yanmar engines. In November a new bank of batteries was installed at a substantial cost. All the Canvas on the vessel is in excellent condition and well maintained.
A new Dinghy and Engine was recently purchased. This type of new gear and improved systems has been a constant feature of this owners nine year of ownership. Pride is a great Yacht.
