SEA BOOTS is detailed with traditional Merritt teak features, including a custom teak cockpit, aft bulkhead and built in interior furnishings. She had her hull painted in 2015. The boat sleeps 4 in 2 staterooms. There is plenty of interior space in the salon and galley for entertaining, including a dinette. The cockpit is equipped wih freezers, thru hull livewell and a Merritt fighting chair. This 44' Merritt holds 600 gallons of fuel. The bridge has a comfortable U shaped bench seating with a stainless helm pedestal and teak helm chair.
The hull was painted in 2015. New Phasor 9.5 KW generator 4/2015, port engine was rebuilt, 40 hours.
Step up into the Salon from the cockpit through a double sliding teak door. To the immediate port is a dinette with bench seating for 4 guests and storage drawers below. Forward is the U shaped galley with a teak & holly floor and lots of storage. The sofa is starboard along with Merritt's custom stainless refrigerator and freezer units. The entertainment center has a Sony CDX Marine stereo. The entire interior carpet was replaced in 2010.
As you walk down the companionway there is a new breaker panel to port and a storage closet starboard under the entertainment center. Down to starboard is a huge storage cabinet above with a custom rod storage cabinet under. Forward of this is a hanging closet.
The master is to portside aft with a twin and single L shaped bunk set up. The master head is forward with a new Raritan head and shower.
The guest stateroom is forward with under/over bunks to port with drawers under the lower bunk. To starboard is a vanity with a sink and cabinets under with a hanging closet next to them.
The cockpit has a tradtional Merritt varnished bulkhead and tackle centers. To port along the bulkhead is a custom built in freezer and to starboard is equipped with a refrigerated drink box above, and another freezer and tackle center below. There is an in deck livewell aft and a Merritt fighting chair, Rupp riggers. There is engine room access under the step up into the salon and a custom ladder with teak steps up to the bridge.

The bridge has a center teak helm console with a forward bench seat that extends down the port and starboard side. The bridge electronics are a Furuno 25 kW radar Dytek temperature gauge, Datamarine digital depth gauge, Garmin GPS Map 4212, Raymarine A57D GPS, Sea 156 VHF and Bennett trim tabs. New Robertson AP22 Autopilot. The tower has a Garmin 4208 GPS/sounder with a 2 kW transducer and a Raymarine VHF radio.
Cummins 903. New cores in heat exchangers. Two Cruiseair compressors, 4 Odyssee batteries, 110V and 12V water pumps. Dual Racor filters, 50 amp shore cord. New Phasor 9.5 KW generator 4/2015
