Overview

Ginny C is a very well maintained Monk 36 in excellent condition.  She has the classic trawler layout with a guest stateroom and en-suite head forward at the bow and a master stateroom with en-suite head aft at stern.  Privacy for both guests and owners!  The best layout offered for cruising with guests or children on board.  Ginny C is owned by knowledgable cruisers who maintain her beautifully so no problems when she’s off the dock.  All maintenance is up to date, just bring your things and move on board!

Looper’s – 20’ mast lowers to 12’6” with bimini and antenna’s down!  A huge plus for that Chicago downtown bridge and others along the way.  Ginny C just completed a 4 month run to New England and is now in her Punta Gorda home port.

Vessel Walkthrough

The spacious salon features an L-shaped settee and an adjustable dining table that converts to a double bunk. The settee is newly upholstered in lemonade leather-like Ultra Vinyl. Two full width and depth storage areas are under the settee.

The galley is L-shaped to STBD. There is abundant drawer and locker storage with an over/under refrigerator/freezer. A 3-burner propane stove with an oven and a microwave round out the appliances.

The forward stateroom has a large V-berth, hanging locker and drawers, and en-suite head. A pocket door closes for complete privacy. A large hatch and two opening ports provide ventilation.

The owner’s cabin is large and very comfortable. The queen/full walk around berth, enormous hanging lockers along the port side and generous drawer storage on both make for an exceptional cabin. A combination washer/dryer is enclosed in a teak cabinet and is very convenient. The en-suite head is forward and has a separate stall shower. There is a large hatch and the large side windows slide open for excellent ventilation.
