ESPRIT is a 37' Nauticat Yacht with great looks and performance and she combines these qualities with wonderful craftsmanship; and when you step aboard, you will know that you are aboard something special.
This is almost a one owner boat. The current owner purchased ESPRIT from the original owner while the boat was just a few months old. The yacht has had the best of care as you will be able to determine as soon as you see ESPRIT. Make your plans now.
ESPRIT has wonderful accommodation both inside and out. She is easily boarded from dinghy or floating docks from the stern, as the transom has a stair step design. The are boarding gates port and starboard for fixed docks. Once aboard, one of the first things to enter your mind is how easy it will be to maintain this beautiful yacht.
The cockpit is large and comfortable; it is protected by a dodger and bimini on S/S frames. The helm is well equipped and the yacht is easily sailed. There is exterior storage space forward, below the windlass, to store fenders and dock lines. There are lockers around the cockpit for additional storage.
You enter ESPRIT through a centerline companionway directly into the raised salon / pilothouse. The inside helm is at the base of the companionway steps to starboard, across from the raised C-shaped dinette. The interior walk through is as follow.
The guest cabin is forward with comfortable V-berths. This is a good sized cabin with over-head hatch for light and ventilation. There is a large hanging locker to starboard and several lockers and cubbies for storage space. This cabin has a fan and reading lamps. Keep in mind that ESPRIT has both an air conditioning system and diesel heater system for temperature control.
The large head with separate shower stall is next aft to port. There is an over-head hatch in each compartment. There is a Vanity with sink and hot & cold pressure water where the manual toilet is, as well as a large hanging locker. The shower has a build in seat.
The galley runs along the starboard side across from the head and is well equipped. It has lot's of countertop and storage space. There is a double S/S sink with pressure hot & cold water and manual cold drinking water. The galley is open the pilothouse area; the cook will not feel left out of what is going on.

Raymarine ST60 Multi
Raytheon Raypilot AP650 autopilot (steers the boat)
Raymarine Pathfinder RL70C Radar / GPS

The C-shaped dinette is raised a bit so that you can see out the large windows easily. The helm / navigation seat adjusts and is used to sit at the dinette table also. The upholstery is light tan (gold) ultra-suede and in very good condition throughout the yacht. While I am on that subject, the entire yacht is in very good condition and does not seem to be anything like a 2002 yacht; it looks and smells more like a 2011.

Large side and front windows.
