Overview
PIRAT has to be one of the finest example of the Swan 44mk II model to become available on the brokerage market. To date the boat has had just two owners. The first called her REEF POINTS, she was captain maintained, raced lightly but very successfully, especially for a boat that was built, first and for most for cruising.
The present owners purchased the boat in 2007, named her PIRAT, sailed her seasonally out of Marion Mass, and kept her in, what presents as like new condition, with inside winter storage at one of New England’s top boat yard’s. PIRAT is truly special!
