Overview

Extensively refitted example of the iconic S&S-designed Swan 47 Centreboard which allows for navigation under sail with board up or down (5'9" draft with board up). Recent decks, gelcoat, electronics and batteries coupled to a massive spec including generator, watermaker, air-con and wind generator paint a very attractive picture indeed.

Offered to co-brokers on a commission split of 50/50.

Broker's Comments

This is the second SWAN this particular owner has purchased and refitted in Trinidad, and he enjoys the process!     Teak decks were replaced completely in 2009, including the cockpit sole and the bridgedeck. As one of the last Swan 47's built, her interior is in great shape, and as we all know, the older teak interior wood is far superior to the wood that is available at present. Fully air conditioned, generator, watermaker, and extra fuel tanks for comfortable cruising.
