Overview

Originally “HIGHLAND FLING”, this German Frers Swan 53 was built with a deeper centerboard in order to maximize her sailing performance.    The interior is classic Swan, with a large owner’s cabin aft with centerline berth and ensuite head, two guest cabins fwd with upper/lower berths, a custom salon with two easy chairs on the stbd side, and a huge sail locker forward.   Additionally, this owner has further customized her with LeisureFurl in boom furling.    NAI’A’s owners have lived aboard her for many years, sailing her up and down the Eastern Seaboard and Caribbean.    She is well known on the Caribbean regatta circuit, and for her participation in the Swan events and having a great time doing it!

Offered to co-brokers on a commission split of 50/50.

Broker's Comments

NAI’A is a well-known Swan 53 in both the Caribbean and New England. Her owners have lived aboard for the last 15 years, and really cannot understand why the rest of us live in houses! Moving in to a larger Swan, she is a great boat for the cruising family.
