Overview

One owner since new uber-spec Swan 56 from 2002. Much loved and sailed by her owners including various Swan regattas and lots of cruising on the E.Coast USA and Caribbean. The perfect fast cruiser with Hall carbon spars, Park Avenue boom and funky North Spectra sails.

Offered to co-brokers on a commission split of 50/50.

Broker's Comments

Imagine your first serious yacht purchase is a Swan 56 and you immediately take her to the Swan Worlds!   This family started there in 2002 and has never stopped enjoying and sailing the boat.    Routinely sailing up and down the East Coast USA and Caribbean, Swan regattas and rendezvous, and to wherever the winds take them.    Very well planned at build, after having inspected several other Swan 56's with her modified cockpit, grinders available for racing, and a rare carbon Park Avenue boom & rig from Hall Spars.
