Overview

Brought to us to sell by her owner, 'Emma" has just gone through bottom painting and polishing. Owner's change of plans make this a unique opportunity.

Accommodations

As you enter the cabin through the center salon door, there is a reclining leather sofa to the starboard side. To port is a barrell chair, with an LCD TV on the countertop. The large galley is just forward of the salon. Steps up the starboard side take you to the raised pilothouse. The centerline helm also has a dinette with seating for four. There is a door to starboard that leads to the side deck. 

To starboard at the helm is a staircase leading down to the staterooms. To your left as you go down the stairwell is the full beam master suite with private head and queen sized bed. Forward to port is a guest stateroom with upper/lower bunks. Across the companionway is a full head. Forward in the bow is the VIP stateroom, with a full sized bed.
