Accommodations

This yacht features 3 staterooms, including a master suite, VIP Stateroom and a guest stateroom with over/under bunks. Each luxurious cabin features an en suite head and all the comforts of home.

Cockpit

The substantial cockpit features a shower head, small freezer and large lazarette for storage. This area is used for fishing and holds (3) poles. Just off the back of the cockpit is a swimming platform with a convenient ladder for safe and fun recreational activities.  This platform also includes holes to place slings in for easy docking of the tender.

Aft deck

The enclosed aft deck offers an additional interior living space with a relaxed ambiance. Solid maple bulkheads, sliding windows, a soft vinyl headliner, wing doors and fully bound carpet define this space. A loveseat is fitted with a light gold slip cover, along with a slip-covered arm chair.  A central cocktail table offers a space for guests to be entertained along with a very large bar complete with a refrigerator and icemaker, as well as custom bottle and glass shelves, storage cabinets and an overhead TV. The expanse of surrounding windows is complete with cream mini blinds. This space feels relaxed, yet stylish with tailored finishes and details.  

Fly Bridge

The prominent fly bridge has a Bimini top with EZ 2 CY at front and radius with standard sides. The forward helm features a full top-of-the-line electronics package and is complimented by plenty of  bench seating just behind it. All the way aft, the rear portion of the fly bridge holds a 10' 2" Avon tender. You and your guests will find your time spent outdoors to be fun and stress-free. This yacht was built to help you create lasting memories. Please also note that an assortment of spare parts will be included in the sale price of this yacht. 

 

Galley

The galley is one of the best reflections of the upgraded maple interior. The cabinetry is beautifully clean, warm and rich with this lovely natural finished wood, and is accentuated by Euro-style joinery w/dark burl accents. The cabinets are further accentuated by teak and holly planked flooring as well as the "Stone" Corian counter tops that provide a perfect workspace for preparing meals.  Other features include a Franke double sink w/tap and 2 sprays, under cabinet lighting, a hot water dispenser, trash compactor, garbage disposal, 3-tiered lazy susan, a custom overhead dish locker, an Amana refrigerator with maple doors, a 3-burner electric cook top, teak splash board, microwave/convection oven, and a dishwasher. You will also enjoy the convenience of an eating area comprised of a bar with 2 stools for casual meals and gatherings.  This cozy space appears much larger with interesting architectural dimensions as well as plenty of windows with blinds that filter in the natural light at your discretion. 

Salon

Marty A. Lowe, Inc designed the interior decor of the main salon and interior living spaces. A tone on tone color scheme is found throughout, including in the salon where an L-shaped settee demonstrates this design theme.  Beige and taupe fabrics are accentuated by custom designed throw pillows with variegated patterns, as well as a Woven trellis carpet with fully bound edges that helps each furniture accent piece pop.  A large custom angled dinette with a hi-gloss dark burl table top is found to starboard, set beneath bright windows. Here, you and your family can enjoy meals together while catching up on the adventures of the day. Storage cabinets, display shelves and functional tables are found throughout. You will also find that your entertainment needs are met with an angled cabinet holding a 20" TV with VCR and DVD.  This space is airy, warm and filled with fine tailored details including decorative trim, cream-colored mini-blinds, matted and framed artwork, as well as hand-selected accessories.  

Master Stateroom

Found below deck, the master stateroom is designed around the idea that luxury = relaxation.  A king-size walk around berth is covered with a beautiful neutral toned bedspread of the finest fabric, and is accentuated by custom designed throw pillows and decorative shams complete with designer trimmings and details. The satin finished maple continues in the master suite and also makes up the abundance of storage cabinets and display shelves.  Other notable features include under-bed lighting, drawer storage under the bed, built-in round halogen ceiling lights, a light-reflecting mirror, screened portholes, a vanity, a TV locker, and custom draperies that mimic the tone-on-tone color scheme throughout. This stateroom also features an en suite head with a shower and vanity with Corian counter tops.  As the owner of this gorgeous vessel you will find that your posh stateroom meets and exceeds your expectations.

VIP Stateroom

The VIP stateroom is very similar to the master in terms of color, texture and refinement. Here your most important guests will be pampered with a Queen size berth, plenty of creature comforts and an en suite head with a stall shower.  Smart lighting highlights various design details and helps create a warm glow throughout, while a sky light hatch with a screen and shade offer natural light to be filtered in at your discretion.  Guests will have plenty of space for personal effects with fabric-covered drawers under the bed, as well as two cedar lined hanging lockers with automatic lighting. Other features include a TV for entertainment, a vanity and mirror and designer home accessories throughout.

Guest Stateroom 1

The guest stateroom is located mid ship.  It features under/over twin berths that are ideal for additional overnight guests and/or your guests' children.  Cozy yet highly usable this stateroom even features a private en suite head with a shower.  There is a built-in vanity, plenty of storage including a cedar lined hanging locker, and the finest fabrics and designer details as found throughout the entire vessel.  Engine room access is also found in this suite.
