Overview

Delighted to introduce this very well maintained, clean fresh water beauty to the market. The current owner loves this boat and has carried with him pride of ownership the last 2.5  years of his ownership, truly a very well taken care of boat.

Owned by a mature mechanically inclined family. Maintained in bristol turn key order. Always a fresh water boat, its never seen saltwater and like all Great Lake boats Minutes to Memories is hauled out of the water for 6 months and stored in Heated marine storage facility in Michigan.

The owner is selling to move up to a larger boat. All services up to date, boat will be hauled out on Monday Nov 7th and put in heated storage where it will be fully detailed over the winter months to include a complete polish, all winter services will be completed including all fluids changed and serviced as necessary.

Minutes to Memories runs with twin Volvo IPS 600 Diesel engines, each engine 440 HP, geared to a Volvo IPS drive. The Port IPS drive was replaced for a new one 2 years ago due to an unexpected mechanical failure, ALL RECEIPTS available to show the work done, both drives serviced annually and Starboard Drive has not experienced the same failure as port. 

Main Volvo Engines in very good operating condition, reliability and safety are of the utmost for this family. Generator equally in excellent condition, with 840 hours on it.

No bow thruster, boat very maneuverable and easy to dock and operate thanks to the intuitive Volvo IPS joystick for the captain, boat tops out at 34MPH, cruises comfortably at 23 MPH while maintaining an economical fuel burn.

Regal builds truly Regal boats, a power sliding sunroof brings the outside into the boat for enjoyable cruising days. Solid aft doors make the cockpit a safe place underway and dockside to protect from pirates or curious dock walkers, aft doors open fully for seamless enjoyment while underway or at anchor. The cockpit is air conditioned for comfort, equipped with a sink and fridge for convenience.

All cushions are clean free of damage, tears or stains. Equally the interior cabin below deck with its rich use of high gloss wood finishing paired with teak and holly flooring, plush fabrics and furnishings make this Regal truly a beautiful fit and finish for a wide audience of buyers. 

Truly an excellent boat for day cruising, weekend getaways or long distant cruising, Minutes to Memories is comfortable for cruising and equally as comfortable with her accommodations for the owner and his family. There's plenty of storage onboard to accommodate long distant cruising and all the provisions needed.

The Onboard Fusion stereo with speakers placed around the boat is perfect to dance the day away or be the life of the party at an anchorage.

The KVH satellite TV guts was removed years ago, (The dome assembly remains but no dish inside) but all TV's onboard are set up to stream TV.

  • Freedom Hydraulic Boat lift added to accommodate a tender. (Highfield Tender in pics not included with boat. Boat comes with a 8' Rigid boat with an 8hp Yamaha outboard stored in garage. The Freedom Lift installed Spring of 2022 for $35,000.
  • Yacht Controller installed Spring 2022 for remote control docking so the captain can move around the boat when docking for better sight, upgrade $11,000
  • Port side IPS Drive replacement 2020 $50,000
  • All mattresses onboard upgraded from factory install
  • All navigation equipment up to standard GARMIN radar, plotter series 5212, auto guidance features. Auto Pilot, One Garmin VHF radio, Engine monitoring controls & compass are standard
