Overview

Solange is a beautiful Italian motor yacht which turns heads everywhere. Her sleek lines and distinctive blue and white hull make her stand out. Attractively priced and perfectly set up for cruising, the vessel sleeps 8 in four staterooms plus crew quarters for 4. The huge interior volume gives the feeling of a much larger vessel. Solange delivers performance reaching a top speed of 28 knots and cruising at 14 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar 3412 engines which deliver reliable service. Large covered aft deck, huge flybridge lounging area and bow sunbathing beds are just some of the standout features.

Description

Solange is accessed aft from her teak swim platform. The large aft deck is covered by an overhang which gives ample shade to the dining area and its hi gloss teak table next to the built in seating and additional free- standing chairs. Two sets of swing-up stairs lead up to the flybridge – from beneath the swing-up stairs the engine room is accessed on the starboard side and on the port side the inverter is housed.

The flybridge is ample with a console with integrated electronics and helm seat for captain and three guests. Directly behind the helm is a curved settee and oval dining table on an adjustable pedestal and to the port side a cooler and storage cabinet. Aft is a large lounging and sunbathing area that incorporates the full beam of the yacht; perfect for groups. A Bimini shade covers the helm and flybridge table.  The bow is accessed from the flybridge along teak side decks that have a stainless-steel handrail for safety.  The bow has four built in lounges/sunbeds. On the foredeck is the Muir 24V electric windlass with foot switches and mounted below are the stainless-steel anchor pockets.

The salon is accessed from the cockpit through a large smoked glass sliding door which has two curved cream-colored leatherette settees centered around a round glass & leather coffee table set upon hardwood flooring. On the port side there is a wet bar with large pop up 40” TV integrated. Between the salon and dining area is a discreet day head with washbasin.  Moving forward up three steps brings you into the formal and well-appointed dining area with table and seating for 8 guests, on both port and starboard side are various storage cabinets. Forward of the dining area on the starboard side is the galley with Miele Oven, cooktop, double sink, two refrigerators and a freezer – on the port size is the crew mess area with table and seating, where a ladder leads to an escape hatch. The crew quarters are accessed from the galley and consist of two cabins with bunks to both starboard and port side and forward is the crew head and shower.

A few steps up between the salon and dining area is the wheelhouse which serves as the captains’ office and command center. The console has a full range of electronics, captain chair, additional seating for guests and plenty of storage for the ship’s documents and charts.

The staterooms are located on the lower deck and are accessed from a curved staircase located midship on the port side of the salon. On reaching the lower companionway the master stateroom is full beam and located aft of the staircase with a queen bed with drawers under, indirect lighting, panoramic window and L shaped sitting area on the starboard side, 50” big screen TV, handing lockers, small refrigerator, walk in closet with drawers and hanging bar. Next to the sitting area is a desk with drawers and chair. The full bathroom has twin basins, cabinets, mirror and bidet.

Mid-ships there are two staterooms that mirror each other with twin beds, night stand, reading lights, indirect lighting beneath the beds, hanging closet and mirror.  Both staterooms have full bathrooms including bidet, Corian countertops, cabinets and mirrors.

The VIP stateroom is located fully forward and has a centerline queen bed with vanity to the starboard side and settee, indirect lighting, hanging lockers and full bathroom including bidet.

The tender garage is integrated into the hull with a hydroelectric door. This is where beach gear, snorkel and fishing equipment are stored as well as the Zodiac Project 350 dinghy.
