BROKERS WALK THRU

A very well cared for live aboard motorsailer that was used as a live aboard during the snowbird season in Florida. Every spring she was hauled out and stored for hurricane season. Every Fall she was prepped and launched for the dry season mainly dock side at a marina; she is also equipped to handle live aboard conditions on the hook.

The boat has just been prepped and gone through mechanically for the new season, but the sellers have decided not to live aboard this season.

The boat is ready to run and ready to live aboard for the new buyers. If the new buyers want to live aboard on the hook, new manifolds, risers and hoses for the generator may need to be purchased (If you are expecting to use the generator).
