Walkthrough

Entering GRAND CRU II is easy from a floating dock onto the fixed swim platform.  From a fixed dock the side decks offer easy boarding via grab rails.

The Cockpit has built in seating aft, easy steps to the Flybridge and side decks and a sliding entrance door to the Salon.

The Salon has port and starboard couches, a raised dinette to port and a full Galley two steps down to starboard.

The Centerline Companionway leads to three cabins forward.  An over/under cabin is to starboard, a double to port and forward is the Master Cabin with a private Head.  A second Guest Head is to port.

The Flybridge has a centerline helm with ample seating fore and aft, a wet bar and the area is fully airconditioned.

Engine Room access is from the Cockpit sole.

Salon

The Salon is entered on centerline through a sliding stainless steel trimmed door.  Immediately to port is a large curved sectional settee with storage below.  Above behind a wood trimmed plexiglass door is the yacht’s electrical panel.

Two round ottomans lie in front of the settee.

To starboard upon entering is a two door storage cabinet with stereo gear cabinet above.  The stereo gear consists of a Bose Lifestyle AM/FM/CD player with hard drive storage and a Direct TV box.  Above is a 30” Vizio LED TV.  Music is delivered through a five channel Bose speaker system and a hidden subwoofer.

Next forward is a two person sofa with storage below.

To both port and starboard are large house side windows with wood mini blinds and upholstered valances.

Next forward to port is a raised dinette area to seat three or four with an articulating table base for ease of entry.

There is storage below the Ultra Leather upholstered settee.  Windows outboard have the same treatment at the salon.  There are full drapes across the aft entry door.

Also in the Salon are several overhead halogen lights on an attractive ceiling detail.  The sole is carpeted and the air conditioning controls are digital.

Remarks

GRAND CRU II was purchased as a South Florida boat in August of 2017.  She has seen only light usage since.

At the time of purchase she had her 1000 hour service completed.  Just recently her blue hull was wet sanded, polished and waxed and shows like new!

The front side of her clear vinyl enclosure is undergoing replacement.

GRAND CRU II has been well cared for, is priced attractively and is seriously for sale.

Seller will consider smaller trades as partial payment to the 52 Sea Ray "Grand Cru II".

Exclusions

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard GRAND CRU II, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
