Reelaxation is a great cruising yacht with two staterooms and all the amenities that will sleep six including the fold down galley table.  It's a great two couple cruising boat or a perfect family boat for those that want to explore any inland or coastal water.  Purchased new in 1999 she was used exclusively in the great lakes and stored indoors w/heated winter storage until 2010 when she voyaged into the Chesapeake Bay where she now resides in the Back Creek of Annapolis, MD.  You will find that all of the interior spaces; galley, staterooms, head and shower along with the cockpit, helm area, swim platform and bow deck areas are extremely functional for entertaining, extensive cruising, weekend trips and overnight stays whether on the hook or tied up at a marina. Seller is a licensed yacht broker.

Both seaworthy and luxurious, the Tiara 4000 Express was designed for those who want to do more with their boat than dock or anchor. Tiara's 105-cubic-foot compartment in the transom offers more room for more gear. Tiara has made its staterooms a priority by designing the 4000 with space for a master queen-sized and an aft double-sized berth. They each have at least seven feet of headroom. Wide side decks, an integral grab handle on the radar arch, an oversized step, and a remote cockpit light activator, make the transition from cockpit to deck safe and convenient.  

40' Tiara Accommodations

Reelaxation is an all teak interior with a beautiful teak and holly sole, she has been well maintained and shows like the fresh water boat she is.

The master stateroom is forward and features a queen island berth with ample storage space under, reading lamps, new LED rope lighting, two large hanging lockers and numerous other small storage areas. There is a private entrance to the master head which has a shower and large linen locker as well as a large mirrored medicine cabinet over the sink with storage below. The master head can also be accessed by the companionway door from the salon.

The guest stateroom has a queen berth, abundant storage and ensuite head with sink and medicine cabinet. Additionally the dinette converts and will accommodate another 2 guests for a total of 6 people.  Reelaxation's fabrics and cushions show little wear.

The Main Salon/galley is one large room located amid-ship with a generous headroom. A large salon lounge will seat a small crowd of eight around the expandable table.The open galley is to port and fully equipped which includes a refrigerator (Sub-Zero) separate freezer (Marvel) with tremendous storage. Portlights in hull side and skylight provide ample natural lighting and an open, airy feel to the interior. Aft of the galley to Port are steps (with storage below) leading to the helm area. By the steps is a storage locker for provisions.  Two reverse cycle separate heat/AC units, the forward master was replaced in 2011.
