The 57’ Mckinna Pilothouse was first introduced in 1997 and has since then delivered well over forty yachts to anxiously awaiting yachtsman. Accessed from the large aft deck area via a set of impressive stainless steel doors, the handsome salon is open and brings in plenty of natural light. Featuring a large comfortable sofa with custom Hi-Lo cocktail/dining table. Portside is the 42” flat screen plasma HD TV that pops up from the counter behind the settee. Full Surround-Sound makes the salon a theater on the water. Fully carpeted and nicely accented With custom Hunter Douglas blinds, all illuminated with custom lighting give a sense of luxury to the salon. Elegant and practical in every way.
This very functional & user friendly galley is located to Port, forward in the salon and is fitted with high quality polished granite countertops; two sub-zero refrigerators; Kenyon three burner electric cook-top; built in vent, GE convection microwave oven in cherry cabinets; Braun trash compactor and American Standard fixtures. It’s a pleasure to prepare meals at sea with such a well thought out galley. The layout allows the person doing the cooking to still be a part of the party.
This is where the action happens, and with the spacious dinette located in the pilothouse, you and your guests will be able to enjoy the views together as you log the miles and check off your list of favorite destinations to visit. The operator will enjoy a panoramic view of his or her surroundings for optimal visual navigation and safety. You will also find a watertight pantograph door to the exterior decks and an easy staircase leading to the upper helm and bridge seating.
All controls and electronics are laid out in just the right manner and the comfort of the custom Stidd Chair makes long passages as comfortable as can be.
Accessed from a cockpit ladder aft or the pilothouse, a spacious bridge awaits you and up to 10-12 guests. A double helm layout forward is rigged with full electronics and a great view forward. To aft, a Brower 1500 lbs. davit holds a Caribe tender with 30 hp Honda 4-stroke with only a few hours on the motor.
This beautiful and generous VIP cabin is located in the bow and features an offset queen bed to port. Your guests will be thrilled with the ample Cedar Lined storage lockers and drawers. Above the berth is a large escape hatch; great for bringing in the fresh air. Your guests will feel comfortable and secure in the Mckinna 57. Access to the guest head is easy..
The master stateroom is amidship, under the pilothouse and is accessed from a starboard staircase from the pilothouse. Featuring an offset full walk-around modified Queen Berth. The master head has Marble counters and floor; full shower stall with tub and excellent lighting throughout. There are cedar lined hanging lockers, deep drawers and extra storage. The entertainment center has a plasma TV and stereo.
The guest stateroom is located off to the port side and features a clever folding wall that allows you to open the entire cabin, converting it into a sitting room via the conversion of bunks to a settee. This open wall system also makes it easy to change the linens and perform housekeeping activities.
Perfect for grandkids or extra crew this is a clever flexible configuration featuring a folding wall that allows you to open the entire cabin and easily convert from bunks to a settee for optional use as a dressing area, lounge area or stateroom as intended. Forward of the 3rd stateroom, is a stacked washer/dryer.

Selected to make sense and have the right mix of redundancy and function, the electronics package is done right on this boat. A knowledgeable owner worked these systems through on this package to offer a blend of systems in the pilothouse and bridge where location and functionality are at a premium.

FLYBRIDGE SYSTEM:
Entered aft through a large watertight hatch then down a ladder to the lazarette. The lazarette holds a 20kw Northern Lights generator in sound shield, sparepart storage and additional dual Sub-Zero freezer drawers for added cold storage. Forward through a watertight doorway, you enter the spacious engine room that is laid out to impress the pickiest owner or crew. Access is well thought out with everything located where it makes sense and all Racors and switches right where you want them. You have ample room to work on motors and for daily service checks and maintenance.
Teak abounds in a deck entry from the wide extended swim platform with swim steps and entry into the aft cockpit area with icemaker and electric grill. Wide teak side decks give you full walkaround access to the bow where a huge padded sun bed awaits. All chain windlass and pulpit finishes the bow on a well-designed deck.
