Accommodations

As you descends into the cabin from the comfortable cockpit you are greeted with the galley to the port and the chart table to the starboard. behind the galley is an aft cabin. A unique designed for a 28 footer - it has a cabin door. The aft berth is large and easily provides sleeping room for two adults. 

Turning your attention to the chart table were the electrical panel is located there is another door heading into a spacious head.

looking forward into the main salon are two cushion loungers with a center line wing table that contains storage.  The 17" TV is easily viewed from anywhere in the main salon.

Going forward is the forward cabin that with a V berth and additional storage.


Broker's Notes:

This 28' provides a lot features that are found on larger boats. The Helm wheel versus a tiller, The two cabin arrangement and spacious head. The cockpit is roomy and provides the space to sail the boat. The rigging is in good shape and the sail inventory is more than you will usually find on a boat this size. 

Add in the electronics: Chart-plotter, Radar, VHF and TV with antenna, makes this boat fun and safe to sail.
