Overview

This is a very clean with a new compound and wax, well maintained family cruiser offering great accommodations. The folding wheel give the cockpit easy boarding from the stern whether it is from the dinghy or the dock. But make no mistake this is a Beneteau and as such is a great sailing boat. Safety, quality, performance, and value are hallmarks that make them #1
In mast furling, 110 % Genoa and a 90% Jib, Custom air conditioning that is 16,000 BTUS instead of the factory 12K. This also cools the forward cabin as well.

Accommodations

As you come down the companionway, the galley is immediately to port. A large single bowl SS sink, galley fridge/freezer and LPG stove, microwave oven makes this a good working galley. There is ample storage above and below galley working areas. The head / shower abeam of galley with larger area for shower, vanity and sink and separate sitting area forward. The Nav station is forward of head to starboard. VHF and stereo are mounted along with AC and DC electrical panels. Additional room allows for other electronic apparatus to be installed. Main cabin forward is split by dinette table amidships with folding leafs and settee (6'4") to port and starboard for dining. Forward stateroom is full length with V berth (6'10" x 4'6") with insert cushion and hanging locker storage to port. Aft cabin is to port aft of the galley. Full length berth (6'7") with hanging locker and storage is to port.
