The Carver 504 Cockpit Motor Yacht is an all-purpose yacht servicing many desires of her owner’s. She is a great all around traveler with good fuel capacity for the extended trips, a cockpit for fishing, diving, and swimming; an air conditioned bridge and aft deck for cruising in quiet and comfort or just lounging; and a very accommodating interior layout well suited for the live-aboard owners. 

“Rosara” has benefited from numerous upgrades over the years (Noted in bold below). Through 2007, she cruised the Great Lakes before making her way to Florida for new adventure. Some notable features include fully enclosed (glass) flybridge with hardtop, upgraded bow thruster, fully enclosed and climate controlled aft deck, spacious master, freedom lift hydraulic lift, glenndenning cable master and more.

Stepping aboard from the swim platform into the cockpit, access is provided either to the master stateroom or to the aft deck via steps to port. Entering the aft deck, the space is very comfortable year round with newer reverse cycle air/heat, wetbar with icemaker, and entertainment center. From the aft deck, access is provided to the bridge via steps to starboard or to the lower deck via steps along the centerline. As with the aft deck, the flybridge is climate controlled and comfortable for owner’s and guests. 

Entering the lower deck, the salon is bright and airy with large windows offering lots of natural light. A large settee is situated to starboard with dual reclining seats. Located to port is the spacious galley with all appliances necessary to make gourmet meals. Forward of the galley is a dining area with table and four chairs. Forward of the galley, the entertainment center includes TV, premium Yamaha stereo with Bose surround sound. 

Accommodations aboard “Rosara” include a split plan with a VIP stateroom forward and the master stateroom aft. The forward VIP stateroom includes a queen island berth along the centerline with lots of hanging locker space and storage, and private access to the head and separate shower stall. The master stateroom is full beam with offset queen berth, head and shower separated by a vanity and sink. The master stateroom also includes access to the cockpit.

This popular 2-Stateroom, 2-Head Floor Plan features the Guest Stateroom forward with centerline queen berth and the Master Stateroom and ensuite head aft. All the cabin countertops are beautiful Black Granite. All the windows (except the flybridge windshield)have been recently tinted for heating/cooling efficiency. The owner has upgraded the air conditioning/heating systems, upgraded the electronics, and continuously maintains this motor yacht. There is plenty of storage throughtout the boat to accommodate any live aboard or for long range cruising.
Prior to mid-2007 this boat was a "fresh water boat" and maintained in the Great Lakes area.
