LEONE is a one original owner vessel that is in Great Condition and has been maintained by a very knowledgeable owner.  The Catalina 350 is a beautiful boat that starts out with a great cockpit, deck layout and just continues to please you no matter where you turn. Wide side decks make moving around the boat safe and easy. The  large deep cockpit with all lines led aft make sail handling simple (roller furling Main and Jib) Down below the warm inviting interior is both comfortable and functional with private cabins both for and aft . To starboard is a great galley with a three door refrigerator/ freezer and a two burner stove with oven.  To port is a very nice navigation station and just forward is a very comfortable dinette with great seating. Throughout the boat is exceptional storage. The Catalina 350 has the comfort and amenities of a boat far larger and the quality, craftsmanship and value you expect from such a well respected builder.
