Overview
This 3-cabin version of the popular Catalina 42 Mk II has been lightly used and is very clean. Our Third Child spent the first years of its existence on the Great Lakes and has been on the Southern Chesapeake Bay since 2007. With 2 aft cabins, the forward master with Pullman berth, full head & separate shower, large dinette and lateral galley, this model is well set out, very spacious and a popular cruising boat.

Accommodations
The two aft cabins have large double bunks and generous storage cabinets. The engine compartment can be accessed from each cabin. The aft head is forward of the starboard cabin. The aft-facing chart table is to port.
The galley is along the starboard hull, with combined top and front opening fridge/freezer, microwave, propane stove and double S/S sinks with storage above and below counter level. Countertops are Corian.
The dinette is to port with large table, curved settee and midships bench seat. The aft end of the settee doubles as the nav station seat.
The forward cabin has a double pullman berth to port, storage below and along the starboard hull. A large hatch provides light and ventilation. The forward head has a long vanity along the starboard hull, the head to port and a large, walk-in shower in the bow. The forward bulkhead of the shower opens into a large storage locker.
