Gulfstar Hirsch 45's are known to be excellent blue water capable cruisers, at a very affordable price point.  Many Hirsch 45's have circumnavigated safely and comfortably.  The Hirsch was a variation of the Gulfstar 44, but without any exterior wood to upkeep.  

With a large aft master stateroom,  spacious forward cabin, two heads and a large galley.  There is plenty  of room for living aboard.   

5 O'Clock has been very well maintained.   A local yacht repair professional has kept her as his own personal family cruiser for the past 5 years.   As you can see in the full specs, he is put thousands of dollars and hours into making the boat stand out from the rest.  Almost all the major systems have been reworked and updated.
