It is a rare pleasure indeed to find a sailing yacht as well kept as "Quintessence".  The interior of this beautiful yacht is in exactly the same condition as when she was brand new.  You can still enjoy the new leather smell and the woodwork and soft goods are IMPECCABLE, not a scratch or a mar anywhere.  The exterior is just as nice with her newer canvas, custom made stainless dinghy davit ($10K) and lots of tender loving care.  She is very well equipped with the best newer electronics and many newer upgrades.  "Quintessence" is an eleven on a scale of one to ten.  Please come see for yourself, your close critical inspection is invited!

Accommodations

With her extremely spacious 14'9" beam, "Quintessence" puts the interior volume of other sailboats in her class to shame.  The master is forward and features a center line queen berth with plenty of hanging locker and storage space.  The head is split with a very roomy stall shower with bench seat to port and a water closet, sink and vanity/medicine cabinet to starboard.  The salon utilizes the full beam width to great advantage.  To port is a comfy long settee, opposite is the U-shaped dinette and table with room enough for a large dinner party!  Further aft, the well designed sea going galley is a sea cook's dream featuring a counter top island with a holding plate, double opening freezer underneath.  Storage and counter space abounds!  The three burner stove/oven looks as if it has never been used.  Opposite the galley to port, is the well found Nav station with its very comfortable sliding/adjustable seat.  Aft to port, is the guest head with access door from the salon and a private entrance in the port guest cabin with its athwartship queen berth.  This layout has the office option so the starboard guest stateroom, also with a queen berth, has a desk with a swing out seat.  

Up the companionway steps to the very spacious cockpit with seating for a good sized crowd at the center-line table with drop leafs.  Aft are two helm/steering stations with integrated electronics in the well designed electronics pod.  This area features the large touch screen Raymarine E120W which will make navigating and cruising a dream.  All in all this is a very functional and elegant, very well designed sailing yacht!
