Overview

It was October 1992 when the Italian newspaper La Repubbblica, presenting the annual edition of the prestigious Barcolana in Trieste was quoting Aku-Aku as one of the major competitors against il Moro di Venezia.  
Built in aluminium by Italian shipyard IMS Scardellato to a design by German Frers, Aku-Aku was delivered to her first owner in 1981. She represents a real opportunity to buy a masterpiece of italian sailing history, needing an aesthetic refit to return to the splendors of her past time. 
She features a full aluminium structure built to perfection and the interiors kept in good condition.
