Overview

The Island Packet 320 came when the small company decided to move more upscale. From a small niche market to a well respected builder of strong, safe and comfortable boats.

IPs are at home on the back bays of Florida with their heavy shallow draft keels or on blue water passages with a well thought out and easy to manage sail plan.

The sturdy wide hulls are then built up with beautiful wood interiors that can accommodate family and friends without feeling crowded.

The owners of PADDYCAKES have finished the cruising part of their lives and want to pass this great boat on to someone who will appreciate and give it the care and respect it deserves.

WALK THROUGH

Boarding PADDYCAKES from a dingy is easy with the lifeline gates installed on either side. Once onboard the roomy cockpit is very sheltered from the elements of sun and rain with the full canvas that is in very good condition. The helm has a complete package of navigational equipment and the auto pilot controls are close.

Entering the comfortable saloon is just a few steps on the teak companionway. First on the port side is the fully functional Nav station and aft of that is a large quarter berth.

To the starboard side is the galley with the large vertical fridge on the bulk head.

Looking forward the roomy saloon has comfortable settees on either side and a large drop down table is mounted on the forward bulkhead and can be lowered and opened to accommodate crew meals on either side.

Going forward has the head and shower on the port side and the V berth in the bow will be comfortable for most.

The owners have reached the time when they need to spend time with their families and grandchildren. They want PADDYCAKES to go to someone who will take care of her and enjoy the quality construction and safety that Island Packets are known for.
