Accommodations

This beautiful mahogany cruising yacht is made to exceptional McQueen standards. Located in a warm, dry boathouse (also available for purchase) in north Tacoma, the vessel was refit in 2001 and 2006 with professional interior upgrades & enhancements while the warm, classic dark mahogany woods were retained. There are four good-sized "stand-up" height staterooms & three complete heads. The vessel is heated with a wonderfully warm, clean & quiet hot-water-register system w/fully insulated copper pipes & fired by either a Webasto 105,000 BTU diesel furnace or 220-volt electrical from generator or shore power. The large remodeled cockpit for lounging, fishing or water sports, plus a monstrous flybridge top deck area for water toys, barbecues & sunbathing make this a great boat for cruising West Coast waters. She's mechanically in excellent condition & has cruised British Columbia & Alaska.
Entry to the Salon is from a California-style aft teak deck through windowed, double mahogany doors. The salon has inlaid wood coffee table & end tables that hold the boat's charts & books, plus custom-made bookcases, magazine & chart racks. There are two large leather sofas with a leather recliner. To port is a Corian wet bar with excellent cabinet storage. Aft is the entertainment center featuring Panasonic TV with VCR, separate Panasonic VCR, Yamaha 5-disk CD player, Kenwood audio receiver & AM/FM amplifier, 42" Sony Flat Screen Direct-TV satellite TV, & custom built-in storage for CDs & VCR tapes. The music plays throughout the salon, into the galley & up to the flybridge/sundeck area. There is great 360-degree visibility through the many windows, most of which slide open. Forward in the salon is the Helm with two large captain chairs with custom dining/chart tables, a large bookcase to starboard, & stairs leading down three steps to the large galley. Aft of the salon is a curved stairway with built-in wine rack -- this stairway leads to the master & guest staterooms.

Warm, comfortable mahogany wood & mirrors & a full-sized walkaround queen bed make the Master Stateroom comfortable for restful nights out. There is a large, private master bathroom with full-sized bathtub/shower, toilet, sink with large countertop, good storage & a great lighted make-up mirror. The master also includes a very large closet with full-length beveled mirrors, drawers for storage, a separate sit-down lighted vanity with drawer, mahogany nightstands on each side with tape player. Large aft windows provide excellent light. (TV cable hookups in most staterooms.) Complete with bedding, extra sheets & towels. Electric baseboard heat.

Across the hallway forward of the master is a large Aft Guest Stateroom with twin beds, nightstand & good storage drawers. A full-length closet offers convenient access to the engine room. A full head includes shower, toilet & great make-up lighting. Complete with bedding, extra sheets & towels. Forward of the galley are two cozy staterooms. One has a double bed with storage under, nightstand with lamp & tape player, hanging closet, and ensuite vanity sink. Forward is a large vee berth with two twin beds, under-bunk drawers, large closet, bookcase & a refreshing skylight hatch, also complete with bedding & extras. To serve the two forward staterooms (and convenient to the galley) is a large head complete with lots of storage, sink with large counter, vanity w/make-up lights & a large 7-foot high shower. Complete with towels.
